New method of hair regeneration

Macrophage secreted factors, a condition known as “Wnt” proteins, researchers have to deal with a Wnt inhibitor macrophages and found that activation of hair growth can be delayed, which proves from Wnts in macrophages involved in the activation process of hair growth.

Although this study on mice, but scientists believe that the latest findings will also help humans developed new methods to make hair re-growth. The researchers next goal is to characterize the type involved in macrophage activation of skin stem cells, as well as their impact on the regulation of stem cells in pathological conditions (including skin cancer).
